Our regular cleaners charge £23 an hour if they come every week, £24 if they come every other week. One-off cleans start at £186, and moving out starts at £156 for a studio.
Cleaning time is charged by the hour. Carpets, sofas and ovens go by the item, and end of tenancy by the size of the home. Office cleaning and ironing have no list price; we work those out with you on a call.
Regular domestic cleaning
| Regular visit | Rate |
|---|---|
| Cleaner every week | £23 an hour |
| Cleaner every other week | £24 an hour |
| Trial (first) visit | £26 an hour |
| Shortest visit | 3 hours |
| Weekly visit at that shortest length | £69 |
One cleaner comes on the same weekday and at the same time, every week or every second week. You keep the hoover, mop, bucket, cloths and products at home for the cleaner to use, so a regular visit carries no kit charge. Ironing can be added as extra time and is priced on a call. The domestic cleaners page covers what a visit includes.
One-off, deep and after builders cleans
| Type of clean | Per cleaner, per hour | Kit charge | Lowest total |
|---|---|---|---|
| One-off | £26 | £30 | £186 |
| Deep | £28 | £30 | £198 |
| After builders | £30 | £32 | £212 |
The lowest totals assume the shortest booking we take: a pair of cleaners working three hours, plus the kit charge. That charge pays for the equipment and cleaning products the team turns up with. A clean the morning after a party is charged like a one-off: the hourly rate per cleaner, plus kit.

Nothing in one-off work is charged below £67, from a single rug up to a whole flat. Regular cleaning is charged by the hour instead, and its shortest visit is 3 hours.
Paid parking (meters, pay-and-display) is passed on to you at cost, up to £40 and no further.
Deposits, paying and cancelling
End of tenancy, after builders, deep and one-off cleans all need a 50% deposit to secure the date, paid by card or bank transfer.
Regular cleaning works differently. There is no deposit. The cleaner is paid on the day of each visit, or you settle a monthly invoice from the office.
Cancel any of these bookings 48 hours or more ahead and the deposit comes back to you or moves to the new date. With less notice, £50 is kept. As a consumer you also keep your 14-day right to cancel, which our booking terms explain.
Cancel a regular visit with under two working days’ notice and half its price is charged. Regular cleaning starts with a four-week settling-in period, and after that, ending the arrangement takes 14 days’ notice from either side. Anything not covered here, ask the office.
Questions about cleaning prices
How are office cleaning and ironing priced?
Office cleaning and ironing are priced on a call, since there is no list price the site can quote for either. Tell us how big the workplace is, or roughly how much ironing there is, and how often, and the office prices it with you on the call.
Why do one-off cleans have a kit charge?
On a one-off or deep clean, the kit charge of £30 covers the equipment and products the cleaners bring; after builders work has its own kit charge of £32. End of tenancy prices already include the kit. A regular cleaner uses what you keep at home, so regular visits have no kit charge.
What does the first regular visit cost?
The first regular visit is billed as a trial, at £26 for each hour. From visit two the normal rate starts: £23 per hour for weekly cleaning, £24 per hour for fortnightly.
